Off to NCSoft UK... any questions?
Hey all,
While somewhat less prestigious than the community visit earlier this week, I'll be off to NCSoft Europe's Wintersday Party this weekend. Is there any questions left from Billiard's visit you want me to try and pry from them?

You could try and find out a release date or general idea for the release of Chapter 4?

Could you ask them why they decided to destroy HA and how come they are so hesistant on bringing back 8v8 even though the majority (by a landslide) wants it back.

Could be a tall order given the general 'feeling' as of late, tho I am quite happy with the state of the game, seems to be a general feeling of discontent, maybe just more a indication of the handful of posters here, rather than the whole of the GW community.
I would think the most 'neutral' topic these days, would be as Landslide reccomends and just trying to pry any info you can about the upcoming release of Chapter 4(I cant believe we are allready at Ch.4).
Hope you enjoy your visit

i agree...its time to add a few new things to Prophecies or Factions...some new weapon skins or armor that takes insignias..I personally love the gladiators armor from #1 but would like to be able to change some insignias on it..even if i had to buy it again!

Or a clean set of the 15k armours with insignia slots for 10k each maybe?

I like the way the inscription system works in NF. It would be nice for it to spread to tyria and Cantha, is this likely?
2nd have storage for dyes added to materials storage.
3rd Storage is starting to get real tight currently, This will be made worse with the addition of another chapter. MORE STORAGE IS REQUIRED!!

Nah. That's a huge discount. It works for the basic armours because most insignia prices are between 100 and 500 gold, so cutting them from 1.5k to 1k just means that adding the insignia on top doesn't significantly raise the price (and in many cases actually decreases the price nowadays). There aren't many insignias that cost 5k, however - just a couple of the specialised ones like Stonefist and Bloodstained. For 15k pieces, however... having to buy the insignia seperately still doesn't significantly increase the price - if you're buying 15k pieces in the first place, you can probably afford an extra few hundred g without thinking.
One thing that could work, however, is having a special armourcrafter that will remove the inherent stats from an existing armour piece so an insignia can be applied...

will the pattern of half-baked chapters continue, with the philosophy that it'll be worked on until the team has to start a new chapter?

Please remind them that some of the character faces STILL aren't fixed after they were changed to facilitate facial movement for cut scenes.

Please make a note to ask them when they're going to make the account system less stupid, allowing people to change their account name/password without solving a 99 number su-do-ku.

What is keeping them from implementing it again? There must be some hidden motive/issue that is preventing you to do what players ask. What is it?
If this information is shared, perhaps the community can respond... possibly help with a solution. Currently, popular opinion is that anet doesn't want to admit it made an error by going 6v6 and will not revert as it would mean admitting that... is that the image you want to project?

I vote that.

I suggest that you contact Billiard and ask him which questions he didn't have the time for to ask, so that the two of you don't overlap each other.
